This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GrowthTrails, a service implemented and operated by CoderTrails Private Limited, Mumbai, India. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

How to cancel
- Email info@codertrails.com from your registered email with the subject "Cancel subscription", at least 30 days before your next renewal date.
- We confirm by email within 2 working days.
- Your Service continues until the end of the paid period (and any minimum term).
- Ask for a data export before your last day. Workspace data is permanently deleted 15 days after the subscription ends.
Changing plans
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately; we charge the pro-rated difference for the current period.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the next renewal. Moving to a plan without automations may remove bots and workflows; we will warn you first.
- Plans cannot be paused. If you need a break, you can move to a lower plan at renewal so your account and data are kept.
Service problems
If a GrowthTrails-side fault stops a core feature for more than 24 consecutive business hours, contact us and we will credit the affected days against your next invoice. Outages or decisions by Meta, Google or other platforms are outside our control and are not eligible for credits.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. GST is refunded or adjusted through a credit note as required by law. Payment-gateway charges, if any, may be deducted.
