Messaging runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. No unofficial tools or WhatsApp Web automation.
Your accounts, your ownership.
WhatsApp Business Accounts and Google Business Profiles stay under your business’s own Meta and Google accounts. We get access only to manage them for you.
Access control.
Team roles and permissions, option to hide customer numbers from agents, and access removed when your contract ends.
Encryption.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Messages between WhatsApp and the platform use Meta’s Cloud API.
AI used only for your business.
Your 24/7 AI Assistant answers from your own information. Customer conversations are not used to train shared AI models.
Data on exit.
Request an export before you leave. Account data is deleted 15 days after your subscription ends.
